She moved closer to the bed, leaning down and picking one up.
After reading the package, she instantly threw it back onto the bed like it had burned her and turned in my direction, an unreadable emotion in her eyes.
It made me frown, not only at the action but also at the fact that I couldn't read her for once in my life.
Walking over, I sat on the edge of the bed and brought her to sit on my lap, her towel still in place.
"I spoke to Luke about your symptoms, and he suggested you might be pregnant." I spoke slowly, watching her gulp loudly.
"Why would you listen to Luke?"" Considering he has been in this position before, I mean, his mate is pregnant."
A minute of silence passed.
"I'm not taking that test." She spoke sternly before jumping off of my lap and into the closet.
