KATRINA'S POV.
Xander was looking at me with so much love that my insides clenched. Despite all the pain I was in, Xander made me feel warm inside, and for that, I was grateful.
I don't know what was happening to me, but I felt like I was dying. My heart was beating at an incredibly slow pace. I don't know how I was still alive. Whenever my nose started to bleed black, I would get a horrible migraine. To top that all off, I was freezing in my short, long-sleeved black top that was ripped and thermal leggings.
I was a damn wolf, so why was I cold?
"Katherine," Xander's voice was soft like a feather against my neck, and it made me hum in response.
