"Purple?! What do you mean, my eyes are purple?" I shrieked. I turned to face the crowd, and loud gasps and screams echoed throughout the room. Tania rushed over with a small compact mirror and shoved it in my face. Sure enough, staring back at me in place of my blue eyes was a pair of glowing purple eyes. What the heck?!
"Are you feeling ok?" Terrance asked, seeming to recover from the shock.
"I feel fine," I replied. "Or at least I did until I looked at the mirror. Terrance, what is happening?"
"I don't know," he admitted. "But we're going to find out."
Laura, finally recovering herself, gently said, "Yes we will - after the ceremony. Alpha, we still have a beta and gamma to promote,"
