“I still can’t believe you broke up with him. Grandma is going to be furious when she finds out the truth,” Peggy said locking the car door as we headed for the lockers. I had refrained from mentioning my alleged break-up with Ian since it happened but Chase had texted her this morning and she had not given me a moment to breathe since then.
