Narrator Looking at those who surrounded him, Jeremy gulped down a chunk of saliva that had accumulated in his mouth. His worried eyes looked everywhere, searching for a way to escape. He scanned the entire place for anything. But these emotionless humans have locked each and every door and window that lead outside. His eyes studied their faces.
