Adira fell asleep after a long time. Her sleep was far from being peaceful. Nightmares of her experience kept haunting her. Charles and images of the day she was beaten up kept disturbing her. She saw herself running down a flight of stairs. She was trying to save herself from him. Charles was following her with a knife. He was going to beat her up. And this time, he was going to kill her. Gasping for breath, she ran in to a room and locked herself in so that Charles could no longer get her.
