Once I was inside the house, I made my way upstairs and into one of the guest rooms. Instead of locking the door- like I usually did when I got angry at Dylan- I left it open. Not ten minutes had passed before I heard Dylan making his way up the stairs. I turned myself in the bed, and pretended to be asleep. He didn't take long to notice that I wasn't in our room. When he opened the door to the guest room I was in, I stopped hearing noise. I wanted to look up and see what he was doing, but I held my place and didn't move.
