Lilly was a very fast learner and learning how things were done in my business didn’t take her that long. What I liked most about her was the fact that she was eager to learn and also a very fast learner. Everyone in my company, especially Isabella had been against me hiring Lilly but I knew what I was doing. I knew she was well capable of doing this job and I knew she had much to offer.
The way I found out about her was a coincidence, it was a series of coincidences that led me to her. However, I do believe that we would have eventually met one way or another.
