Chapter 36 - One Chance

2364 Words

"Monica, please. Don't do this," Tyson begged, a tear escaping his eye. He let go of her wrists, however, and stepped away from her. She looked away from him, dropping her hands to her sides, as she made her way to the bed. She grabbed her phone from the side-table, and a shawl from the cupboard, before walking to the door. "Good bye, Tyson," she said, not glancing at him. "Give Viktor and Chloe my best." She left the room, leaving him alone there, as he another tear left his eye. Tyson fell to the floor, feeling as if his heart had been ripped out of his chest, and shattered in front of him. On one hand, there was Elle, the woman he loved. She had caught him potentially cheating on her, too close to another woman. She hated him for it, and he could not believe he had broken her heart.
