"Help! Let me go!" Her loud scream woke him up, and he instantly shot out of bed. His claws surfaced and canines grew, while his eyes blazed purple. He cautiously looked around for danger, but paused when he found her sleeping in bed, crying and thrashing in her sleep. He calmed down slightly, allowing his canines to shorten and claws to grow back in.
"Monica?" He asked, the glow of his eyes vanishing.
But she did not respond, continuing to sob and scream. He noticed her claws surface, and his eyes widened in alarm. The way she was struggling, she could potentially hurt herself, or the baby. So he climbed into bed, and instantly received a kick on the face. He groaned, catching hold of her ankles and pinning them down, before climbing on top of her. He was careful not to put any weight
