  Fiona watched in horror as that bullet tore right into Debbie's chest... point blank.   Blood splashed everywhere.   She froze, completely stunned.   All she could do was watch Debbie collapse to the ground, hands pressing tight against her chest, trying-and failing-to stop the bleeding. Blood blurred her vision, like it was pouring down from the sky. Her palms turned ice-cold.   Carlos dropped the gun and rushed over, scooping Debbie up in one swift motion. His eyes locked onto Fiona's, voice hoarse, laced with a pain so deep it made your chest tighten.   "This," he said, staring straight at her, "this is her paying you back."
