"Why is this so hard?" I muttered, scowling at the question.
"It's not," Ace chuckled, scooting his chair closer to mine. "See, you just follow the same steps, and you get the answer. Let me just..."
I watched him with a frown on my face, as he easily solved the problem, just like he solved everything else in my life. Once he was done, I blinked at him, and then at the book.
"What?" he asked.
"How do you do this so easily?"
"Math is easy, Duckling."
"No, it's not."
"It is. You should start learning things from me, because I'll be gone soon." He reclined back in his chair, a small smile on his face.
