I looked at Landon's unconscious face again, his whole body was now covered with marks. I didn't know if he was feeling any pain or not because I couldn't feel a thing. I even pricked Landon's skin but felt nothing. He looked like he was so calm, but in my heart I knew he was feeling nothing but hellish fire.
