I was in my office when mom came in, followed by my dad, aunt Sasha, and grandparents. By the look on their faces, I knew something was wrong.
“What’s wrong?” I asked as soon as the door to my office closed.
“Angelo has been spotted on the south border” mom said, looking down in shame. I knew about Angelo, how he tried to kill my grandma, driving her away from her kingdom while grandpa tried to find out who it was. Only for grandpa to find out it was my grandma’s best friend who killed her in front of mom when she was just six years old. Then he had grandma Marcela help kidnap my mom and if she didn’t help, he would’ve killed Aunt Sasha. When dad and Alpha Damien found mom, Angelo was able to get away and, ever since, my parents have been trying to find him without any luck. U
