“What?!” Noah screamed, his eyes wide. “What… do you mean?” he asked again, trying to understand if he heard him right.
“I don't really know... he didn't confess. I just messed up right now, gosh.” Niko muttered, rumbling his hair in frustration.
“Is that why he's been avoiding me?” Noah asked, and Niko nodded slightly.
“If it were a girl, you would’ve noticed,” Niko muttered, and Noah still stared at him like a bomb had just dropped.
“You don't have to push him away,” Niko added. “Don't be harsh on him either. Kai might look tough, but deep down, he has the softest heart.”
He walked over to Noah and patted his shoulder before walking away.
