Sienna's POV
“Hi Juliet, I’m at your door,” I said into the phone as I walked up the door steps. I hadn’t even raised my hand to knock before the door swung open and Juliet threw herself into my arms.
“Are you okay? I missed you! How are you? What happened?” she blurted out in a single breath, words tumbling over each other.
I let out a soft sigh and stepped fully inside with my luggage dragging behind me. The moment her eyes landed on it, I knew exactly what was coming next.
“Did you move out?!” she screeched, rushing toward me with her hands flying up. “Don’t tell me you got chased out of the house! Are you planning to stay with me?!”
“Breathe, baby girl,” I said, holding her by the shoulders. “No one chased me out, and I didn’t run away, so relax.”
Her excitement faded
