Noah's POV
“Sienna!!” I shouted, my eyes widening in horror as I rushed toward her.
I didn’t hesitate as I pointed out my gun too. I shot the guy who had snatched the gun from her but not before he fired at her too.
I stopped in front of her, my gaze dropping to her stomach.. blood was already soaking through her dress.
“Sienna,” I called softly, staring at her face. It looked so pale, drained of every bit of life.
I didn’t even know how Kai got here, or how he managed to sneak in and release me first. Maybe he knew I had to be the one to reach her, Maybe he knew she mattered to me. But none of that felt important right now.
Right now, it felt like the heavens weren’t on our side. Everything felt like it was falling apart right in front of me.
