Chapter 27
Sienna’s POV
“Lo…ren…” I stumbled over his name, my throat tightening at the horrific scene before me.
A body lay sprawled on the cold floor, a pool of blood spreading beneath it, thick and dark. The person's hand is completely cut and lay a few inches away, like something tossed aside without thought. My eyes trailed up from the lifeless body, slowly, and there he was.
Lorenzo.
He's standing still with his face blank. As if the lifeless body doesn't mattered.
Did he just kill someone? Just like that? And now he stands there… calm?
My chest began rising and falling too fast, the air barely entering my lungs. I had been so scared before, scared that something might have happened to him. But now here he is… murdering someone like it’s nothing, what the heck?
