Jake banged on Juliet’s door, kicking and hitting it heavily.
“Juliet!” He thundered. “If you don’t f*****g open this door and I come in myself, you know what I can do,” he said, sweat forming on his head.
He kicked the door again, but it did not open until he heard Juliet’s voice from inside.
“What… do you… want?” Juliet’s trembling voice came out and Jake stopped, walking closer to the door, placing his mouth on it like he was speaking to the door.
“Juliet,” he called softly, lowering his tone.
