Valenzano POV:
“Rogues”, West screams through the mind link. I jump and wake Cleo.
“WTF, how do they keep getting in”, I reply. Whoever is the mole will die slow and painfully.
“Cleo baby wake up you need to meet Jazz at saferoom. We are under attack”, I say as I wake her and kiss her forehead.
“Under attack”, she yells as she jumps up.
“We have to protect the pups”, she says running into her room to grab clothes to wear.
“I have half of the pack warriors at the hospital the pups are protected”, If we weren’t under attack I would be turned on by her protectiveness.
We get to the saferoom where Jazz and four other warriors are waiting for Cleo. When she saw them she looked at me confuses.
“They are here to make sure ya’ll don’t leave. If you do they die”, I say pointing to the guard
