She sat smiling at the crib that now sat next to their bed in her cabin. Not only had Lucian and Taylon finished building it a few weeks ago, but they had now been gifted a few items from Valma herself.
She had made a beautiful matching patchwork and crochet blanket and a decorative stuffed pillow in the shape of a heart as well. That was now hanging at the head of the crib. It was so very beautiful. Patch worked from reds, pinks and soft apricots, cream and white, all different types of flowers on the material of the blanket and the little pillow.
Valma had walked down here just yesterday and given it to her and Lucian, and told them she was excitedly awaiting the birth of the two new small ones. Knew that Reena’s small one wouldn’t need anything. But that hers and Lucian’s would.
