She had been pacing around in the Luna Suite for over an hour now, just couldn’t get comfortable for the life of her, not sitting down nor laying down and her back was really aching quite a bit. She was walking about rubbing her lower back when she felt a wave of pain roll through her stomach and had to grit her teeth against it.
Breathed through that pain and nearly sagged to the ground after it passed, took some long slow breaths as she closed her eyes, understood she was going into labour, her daughter was coming, she had been due any day now. As she stood there, she wondered if that was why her back had been aching on and off all evening, the constant need to be on the move since Orien had marked her.
