Stephanie could feel nothing but pain and grief inside of her. She'd been astonished by the fact her mother was willing to pack away Evelyn's stuff straight after the funeral as though she didn't exist! Then she'd slapped her and Stephanie had gotten frightened her mother would do much worse than just a slap in the face and had gone to her bedroom unable to stop her tears. She had no where else to go or she would have hightailed it out of there. She couldn't go to the authorities without proof either. After all there had been nothing suspicious about her biological father's death so a coroner hadn't been necessary. She somehow doubted they would exhume his body on her say so either. Was it her fault Evelyn was dead? Why hadn't she just stayed home that day? Sensed something was wrong wit
