“Go away!” I muttered, my face tucked somewhere into my knees and hair, sounds muffled. I hated that Trion could enter my dreams easily. He was the last person I wanted to see now yet there was no way to get rid of him.
“I can’t,” he sighed as if he meant it.
“Of course you can,” I snapped. “Just leave me alone!”
“And who will you have on your side then?” He asked the most reasonable question. I wanted to retort and say something snarky so badly, but… whom did I have on my side? Especially now?
