6 MONTHS LATER
As I stepped off the plane in Seattle, I made sure to collect all my luggage before heading toward a man holding a sign with my name on it. He was the driver who would take me to the hotel.
This was my first visit to Seattle, and the city looked amazing from the car. I thought about all the sights I wanted to see and the things I hoped to try before heading back home, if I had enough time.
Once I arrived at the hotel, I went up to my suite, freshened up, and changed into something more appropriate. I chose a red satin blouse, long black pants, a black jacket, and black boots. After doing my hair and makeup, I made my way downstairs, where I found Caleb and Pearl waiting for me.
