When I woke up the next morning, I brewed a coffee and had a smoke. As I stepped outside onto the patio, looking out at the ocean, I glanced over at the room next to mine. It was just as spacious as my motel room, almost like a small apartment, and I noticed a man sitting on the patio outside. “I better be dreaming. You better not be here,” I glared at him. “I told you, you're my priority. Not my Alpha—it's you,” Kasey replied. “I don't care. That doesn't give you the right to move in right next to me. Did Adam send you?” I asked. “No, the Alpha doesn't know I'm here. Not yet, anyway,” he said. “Just stay the hell out of my way,” I replied, turning to walk back into my room. I went to the bedroom and changed into a black bikini top and bottoms, along with a pair of board shorts.
