Olivia So, that was the feeling. With a heavy heart, I watched as the chopper took off from the rooftop of Storm’s family business building. I was once again brought back to the day I left him. There was another difference, though. I didn’t let him come with me and just left him like that. Before completely leaving, right where I stood was Storm beside me promising that he would be back in three days. Unlike me, I didn’t promise him anything. While looking down at me from that chopper, I wondered if he was thinking about that same day. But, I guessed not when he blew me a kiss before completely being so far away from me. “What about some steak in the house for lunch?” Aunt Sapphire slung her arm on my shoulder as she and Mom started guiding us to the stairs down to the elevator.
