The sunlight creeping through my windows, birds chirping and my alarm clock ringing... only meant one thing. It was already morning. But my bed felt too soft for me to leave it so soon. I let out a soft moan as I snuggled closer to my pillow and rubbed my cheek against it. With the sunlight hitting my face, I kept my eyes closed.
I was not sure what day it was now. Besides, it was finally semester break. We had two weeks to relax and do whatever we wanted to do. Time flew fast indeed. Just four months ago, I arrived here and had to deal with a cold childhood best friend. And just two weeks ago, we had taken our relationship to the next level. He finally asked if he could court me and he'd wait until I said yes. It happened when we made up after our silent treatment of each other.
