Guardino and his men were already there when Jessie and Zach arrived. Seeing them, he approached. "No one is responding," Guardino said standing close to the door of the mobile home. "The owner of the mobile park said Keenan, who's the groundskeeper here, asked for a few days off. He said it was surprising because he never took off." Wells came around the corner. "I've been canvassing the neighbors. The guy across the street," he nodded in the direction, "says both men left on Thursday-that was the same day as Vincent's death, but he wasn't sure where they were going. He said they left early in the morning and he hasn't seen them since. This guy next door said he thought they left yesterday." He shrugged. "You know what they say about eyewitnesses? But both agreed they saw a small child
