I'm Alisa, and I'm very sorry for the lack of updates today.
Today is my kid's birthday, and I am exhausted after spending the whole day with him on his birthday.
But he is still very energetic and says he wishes every day was his birthday.
God, give me a break! If every day were a five-year-old's birthday, I would probably have a meltdown.
My child's birthday falls within the Labor Day holiday, and most of his friends are out on trips or have other plans.
So I chose to go with him to the playground, watch a movie, put together Legos, and buy a birthday cake.
We booked the birthday cake for 2 pm and then went to the playground to play.
He said his favorite activity was Legos. He could play for two hours without stopping, even asking me not to disturb him.
