Having concluded the announcements, I stepped down and was immediately embraced by Logan. “Well done, brother. You've unified most of the Pack and cast off the worst." His smile turned savage. “But if those cowards try anything, let me know, and we'll crush them together."
I clasped his back, returning his smile. “Thank you for standing with me today. It gave me strength when I needed it most."
Marshall nodded, offering his respect as a smile curled his lips.
Before I could say more, a delicate cough drew my notice. Turning, Siren was at my side smiling mischievously. I blinked in confusion as she gave a polite half-bow.
“Congratulations… Alpha." Siren let out a deep breath before meeting my gaze. “But I need to speak with you about something."
