After I laid my mother's body back on the floor, I checked my father's pulse as tears poured down my cheeks. Not bothering to change my blood-soaked clothes, I headed out to my car. There was only one person I needed to see. Nothing else mattered.
I cranked the engine, gunned it, and pulled onto the main road.
Rage filled my body as I headed toward the Shadowcrest Warriors Pack. I needed to speak with my Alpha, Alpha Shane. I didn't care what he was doing. He was going to get off any starlet he was humping and see me.
