Emily pov
“Oh my god, how did I oversleep? I know Alex must have wanted me to rest more. He’s such a sweetheart.
After my nap in the car, I put off the car's engine, got out of the car.
Once I stepped out, I saw Alex on the phone but decided not to disrupt his call, so I walked a little to the exit, waiting for mom and dad. I kept wondering why dad did not get his own private plane since he could afford one.”
Ten minutes later
After disembarking the plane, they walk out of the hallway with their trolley following behind them.
A beautiful, elegant lady was walking out of the exit. She was beautiful, just like a flower. Her beauty complemented the morning sun. She had honey-sweet lips, with a shapely figure and glossy skin. She’s breathtaking. The woman is none other than Rebecca Elias, Emily’s mother.
A man and a woman came into Emily's sight, and she shouted" Mom! "Dad!" Her shout attracted people, but she did not care about her f*****g face at all. She was showing her excitement like a child. Standing beside the elegant woman was a tall man with his hand round about the woman. The two look like they have just arrived from another universe. Their beauty compliments each other.
His black suit accentuated his long legs and added a touch of elegance to his figure.
Even in the crowd he was eye-catching.
His tall nose and sculpted features. He looked so handsome and younger than his age, he was the envy of many because he looked so handsome that other men paled in comparison to him. He was no other man than the CEO of S&A group, Sylvester Elias. Alex’s dad
At a distance not far away, half through his phone call to his personal assistant Warren about the new jewelry design, Alex heard the voice that he had been accustomed to for five years calling Mommy and turned his shoulder.
Spotting his parents, he ended his call with his personal assistant, Warren.
He walked over to Emily’s side.
Looking at the couple who never ceased to show their love wherever they are makes Alex's smile broaden. He was smiling from ear to ear.
Lifting their heads, they saw their little daughter calling on to them and waving at them happily as she made her way to them, while Alex stood rooted in a place.
Flashing their smiles, they both said “Honey, it’s been a long time!” They both flung their arms around her. “You are finally back home. "I’ve missed you both so much!” she said in a baby-like manner and pouted her mouth.
They both chuckled and replied,
“We’ve missed you too.”
They totally forgot Alex at that moment and kept hugging Emily. She kept giggling in excitement, just like a child who just got candy.
Alex felt like a third party among them, while they looked like a complete family with a loving father, mother and their little princess.
But he knows how much they love her.
After giving Emily a hug, they both pulled Alex into a hug and asked “did you miss us?” They pulled both of them together and gave them a peck before making their way to the car and settling in.
Soon, the car drove away.
“Dad, where are your bodyguards’? "Because I know you don’t go anywhere without them,” Alex asked.
“Oh, they are already at the restaurant waiting; I want to spend time with my family today”. Alex concentrated on driving.
Emily was chatting with her mother happily like it'd been a century since she last saw her, while Alex and his dad laughed sweetly at the way the mother and daughter related with each other, just like teenagers.
Inside, the car was lively all the way to the restaurant.
