I opened the last folder, which contained the document that requires my signature -- the new representative's appointment papers for the Asia Pacific to take my place. It was part of my plan to lessen my travels from one country to another, and the new appointee would do that for me.
George and my team completed my Monitoring and Reporting System to be installed in all our hotel chains; therefore, I would know what's going on in all the businesses in real-time.
It took years to transition the way my Dad does business and how I wanted it to be done. Finally, my business load would no longer be the same as before.
