I took a shower and changed my clothes before heading to the doctor, who was waiting for me to arrive.
'About time. Strip and climb on the bed.' He did not even say hello or offer a gown to put on.
I did as he said and sat on the bed, waiting for him to return. He came in with a young nurse in tow, and I was not impressed that I was sitting there naked, and he brought in a woman. I was very uncomfortable. She saw me sitting there with my hands covering my groin, and her eyes widened, and then she giggled. She moved to the table, grabbed a gown, and handed it to me. Then she had the nerve to stand there and watch me fumble with this gown that never seemed easy to wear.
