Seeing my eldest daughter in her wedding gown took my breath away. She was perfect and a reminder that she was an adult now, although she will always be my eldest girl.
Walking down the aisle was magic. Gemma did not falter once, though had hand was shaking.
Handing her over to Alex will be the moment I remember. Alex never took his eyes off of her. It was all pure love. The way he looked at her almost took my breath away. I knew then and there that this was the right thing to do. Love can only grow as time passes, and being this strong already should be enough to get them over the hurdles life throws at them.
