Scar spent the next several weeks recovering. Honestly, we both had. What we went through has taken a toll on our bodies as well as our minds, but it hasn't all been bad. We have been able to spend a lot of time together, and Scar's relationship with my dad seems to get better every day. Brock still has some warming up to do, but I have no doubt that will happen in time.
We have decided to get married in the next 6 months. We didn't want to wait a year to get married but didn't want to do it too soon either, with everything that has happened recently. It seemed like as good of a time as any. The weather would be warm out, and everyone would have recovered from the Diego situation to be at their best on my wedding day.
