I woke up to blinding lights that had me closing my eyes instantly. My throat felt dry, because of a tube that was there. I was confused as to where I was. The beeping sound that was coming from somewhere in the room was also annoying.
It took me a moment to realize where I was, and that's when I saw Dr. Hills and two nurses running into the room.
After, Dr. Hills checked to make sure that I was alright. He left, saying that he was going to tell my family the good news. He removed the tube and one of the nurses gave me some water to drink, which k greedily accepted. They also gave me something for the pain that I was feeling, which had started to cool down a bit.
“Do you remember anything that happened?” I looked at the nurse who spoke, she told me that her name was Anabel
