We had just settled down to watch The Losers. Yesterday, they signed up. Tangles was excited to have them on board; he could see what I had been raving about.
Franco came rushing over to me, saying something about Vicky and crying.
The two of us rushed out the door.
I was unprepared for Vicky to say she was pregnant or for Jessica to be so protective of her. Sure, I knew they were close friends, but going all protective was a new high for me to witness between them.
