Douglas POV
Jimmy was in a van, across the street from the baby clinic, fitting the mic and giving last-minute instructions, when I heard Jessica's voice. I turned my head to the sound of her voice.
"Jessica is with her doctor now," Jimmy said as a result of my sudden turn at her voice.
"His voice makes me want to punch his lights out. Is that normal?" I ask, wondering what it is about his voice that annoys me.
"Yep, my team felt the same way." He did not explain why, only agreed. I watched the screen and saw his sour face.
"All set." Jimmy pulled back and looked up at me, his smile all knowing.
"Thanks." As I went to leave, Jimmy spoke.
"After today, stall him. Give no samples. I advised the same to Jessica. Let's see how much they need you both." He smirks, like he knows something
