Two weeks in, the new band is a great hit, and they have drawn in a new crowd of happy, cheering, dancing patrons. They have brought a different vibe to the club on the three days they perform and have asked if they can do more days. Being new to this level of performance, I did not want to burn them out too fast.
Today, I am introducing them to a man who will take them to new heights if they wish to grow. A manager who has some good contracts, and the best part is that he is a friend of mine, and I know he will treat them well. I do not do this with many bands; in fact, this is the first time I am recommending a band.
