ENDER The keep was dangerously silent. My soldiers were here and there, but they’ve stuck to the shadows, hiding away from me like I was some sort of sickness. And I preferred it that way. Something dark was weighing on me, gnawing deeply and quickly into my heart, leaving nothing but destruction at its wake, and if they came any closer, the darkness would swallow them as it was swallowing me.
