After I fetched Lana from her friend’s place, I was glad that I had her back with me but at the same time, I was dreading the conversation that we were about to have. She might have agreed to go with me but she was still very upset with me and I just didn’t know how to make it right. I knew that the best thing to do was to apologize to her for not telling her the truth, but I didn’t want it to seem like I was making excuses for my behavior. I knew I was even wrong about having Dahlia in the pack house and there was no excuse for that.
