They say that time heals all wounds. I hope that is true. I’ve never experienced a pain like this before. It felt like someone had punched their fist through my heart and clutched my heart, crushing it little by little. I hoped that eventually, this feeling would fade, and I could move on, but it was all still too fresh for right now.
“Would you like to take a shower? I can run down to your dorm if you give me the key and get you some clothes.”
“Thank you, Justin. That would be great.”
He smiled, grabbed my keys, and left the room. I didn’t bother to wait for him to get back. As I got into the bathroom and saw that Justin had this fancy shower along with the cutest tub, I decided to take a bubble bath instead. It would help some of the tension that I felt and hopefully make me feel slig
