Lilian’s POV
Since he dragged me into the alleyway at my work a few days ago, I haven’t seen Tyson again. I wonder if maybe he’s realised he can’t push me around so easily and that maybe he gave up trying, or possibly he thinks I’m not worth the hassle any more after seeing me again on our own.
Despite my hopes, I still make sure that I always go out for lunch with someone else and try to time my arrivals and departures from work so I can walk with people both ways, limiting my time alone.
I had thought about telling Daxton, but really, do I want to worry him about something that might not even be anything at all? Plus, he’s been anxious himself recently though he says he’s fine and it’s just normal nerves about his contract renewal.
