When we get back to PalemLand, August looks absolutely drained. His shoulders sag like he's carrying the weight of the entire kingdom—which, I guess, he kind of is. We've been gone for three days, and he's spent every second of it stuck in back-to-back meetings, barely stopping to eat or breathe. I want to feel bad for him, really, but let's be real—once we land, he'll be the same August he always is: cold, detached, and impossible to read. I'm not even sure if he's going to let me stay in my room anymore. The only reason he let me last time was probably because he wanted to crash in peace.
