I checked on her from time to time. I didn’t get much sleep. I was worried about her health. She was too tired for the wedding and I saw her injured leg was swollen a bit wearing the shoe. She usually wears flat shoes, but foolish me made her wear a two-inch heel which made her uncomfortable. She was still sleeping and her temperature was down now. I reduced the AC and slowly removed the duvet covering us. I was wearing the same clothes last night. I wasn’t bothered to change my clothes.
