Carol’s POV
A thunder hit on me! My mind was like the climate outside now. My mind started to pour hundreds of emotions like the heavy rain outside. By the frame, I knew it was the most precious thing in my life!
The three of them were busy on calls and I slowly started to turn the photo towards me. The only memory of me and them. This was the only thing that bonded us after their death! My hands were shaking and my lips parted. My fingertips slowly started to caress the glass of the photo frame.
My life! My everything! I took deep breaths to hold the rollercoaster of emotions that was about to burst through my tears. A lump started to form in my throat. I started to gulp a few times, but I couldn’t stop it. I slowly started to walk outside the porch of the hotel.
