MY BODY IS trembling in fear right after Elder Greg said those. Alpha Lucas and I had plans, and it seems those plans may change now that this has happened. My heart raced as Alpha Lucas walked towards Elder Greg. He held his head high as if to say he wasn't swayed by whatever the elder was saying.
"Who's the Alpha in this pack, Elder Greg?" Lucas asked. His voice feared me, and I believe everyone here does too.
I saw the nervousness on Elder Greg's face, but he quickly hid it.
"I haven't forgotten that you are the Alpha. But it seems you have forgotten something very important, Alpha Lucas. You’re the Alpha, you should be setting an example, but what are you doing? You have fallen for a mere werewolf!"
"Tell me, what's wrong with falling in love with a werewolf?"
