"What took you so long?" I ask a breathless Dominique. It's exactly 7:01am, and Dominique and Micca just made an appearance at the palace with sweat coating their whole bodies and their hearts beating erratically in their chests.
"Why don't you try running that long without rest?" Micca rolls his eyes, finally getting his breathing and heart beat under control.
"I could have been here much faster than you two." I say then enter the palace with the two following me.
It's already morning, the sun is up, and I did not have even a minute of sleep. I couldn't... Just like always.
"Where is Innana?" Dominique asks as he follows me up the stairs.
"She is still resting." I stop him before he can run off to his mate. "Let her rest Dominique. She is not going anywhere. I need you two
